Hefty plates are nice, they are great if you need a deep plate that won't spill. I used in the microwave for approximately 45 seconds with three mini corn dogs on it and it started to become a rough texture, as of it were starting to melt. I would buy this product as long as I didn't have to use it in the microwave. It holds heavy foods well. #heftyheftyhefty
